At BeFind, Personnel Recruitment Consulting, we are seeking a **CNC Milling Operator** with programming experience to lead a milling team at a company located in **Almegesí, Valencia**, specialized in tool and precision machining. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Manage and supervise the milling team * Handle potential breakdowns (SAT for different machines) * Develop and optimize machining and manufacturing processes * Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and precision * Supervise projects from start to final delivery, including management and preparation of raw materials * Responsible for tool storage * Perform maintenance to ensure proper machine operation * Train apprentices * Ensure quality and quantity of finished products * Monitor timelines and processes * Open and close workshop operations **What do we expect from you?** - Higher Degree in Machining or a Mechanical Engineering qualification - Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within machining sectors - Knowledge of OKUMA milling machines - Extensive knowledge of tools, cutting conditions, and machining strategies.
