At Grúas Sáez, S.L., a Spanish-origin multinational company and international reference in the manufacturing of Tower Cranes, Self-Erecting Cranes and Formwork Systems for construction, we are expanding our sales team and seeking to hire a CNC MACHINING OPERATOR for our factory located in Beniaján. Tasks * Operate, set up, and program CNC numerical control machines. * Operate milling machines, CNC lathes, and conventional lathes. * Interpret technical drawings and documentation for the accurate manufacturing of parts. * Perform dimensional quality controls using measuring instruments. * Adjust machining parameters and ensure process quality. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on assigned machinery. * Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality objectives. Requirements * Vocational training qualification (FP) in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or equivalent. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining. * Knowledge of milling machines, numerical control lathes, and conventional lathes. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances. * Experience in industrial environments, short production runs, or special parts is desirable. * Proficiency with measurement tools and quality control procedures. * Responsible, meticulous individual with strong teamwork skills.
