At **Grúas Sáez, S.L.**, a Spanish-origin multinational company and international reference in the manufacturing of Tower Cranes, Self-Erecting Cranes, and Formwork Systems for construction, we are expanding our team and seeking to hire a **CNC MACHINING OPERATOR**. **Responsibilities:** * Operate, set up, and program CNC machines. * Operate milling machines, CNC lathes, and conventional lathes. * Interpret technical drawings and documentation for accurate part manufacturing. * Perform dimensional quality inspections using measuring instruments. * Adjust machining parameters and ensure process quality. * Carry out basic preventive maintenance on assigned machinery. * Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality targets. * Vocational training qualification in Machining, Mechanical Manufacturing, or similar. * Minimum of 2 years of experience in CNC machining. * Knowledge of milling machines, CNC lathes, and conventional lathes. * Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and tolerances. * Experience in industrial environments, short production runs, or special parts is a plus. * Proficient in using measurement tools and quality control techniques. * Responsible, detail-oriented individual with strong teamwork skills.
