We are looking for a person to join our production team in the plastic sector. The role involves operating and supervising computer numerical control (CNC) machinery, ensuring that the entire production process is efficient and high-quality. You will be required to adjust machine parameters, monitor the operational cycle, and verify that manufactured parts meet specifications. You must also be able to read simple engineering drawings and keep machines clean and in good working condition. Attention to detail and commitment to final product quality are essential. Flexibility to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night) is a mandatory requirement. Prior factory experience—especially in the plastic sector—is highly valued, as is the ability to integrate well into a closely coordinated team. We seek a proactive, responsible individual with strong motivation to grow professionally within an established company. A fixed-term contract is offered, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Specific training will be provided to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
