From Grupo Ocean, a leading company in the provision of comprehensive services, we are seeking a **Maintenance Assistant / Handyman** to carry out minor repairs and general maintenance tasks at a school located in **Fuenlabrada**, near La Serna. Responsibilities * Basic plumbing, carpentry, and painting repairs. * Replacement of door locks, retaining springs, and minor door adjustments. * Replacement of light bulbs, fluorescent tubes, and downlights. * Repair of toilet cisterns and faucets. * Installation or spot repair of tiles. * Use of basic hand and electric tools. What do we offer? * Temporary interim contract with potential continuation based on performance. * Part-time schedule of 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday. * **Working hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM** * Salary according to collective agreement: **€720.62** gross per month, paid in 12 installments. * Opportunity to join an established company. * Positive work environment. * Autonomy in performing duties.
