





We are looking for a **Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) Engineer** with strong technical skills to join our Innovation and Generative AI team. This role is essential for developing Generative AI use cases within our organization and helping transform the education sector through AI. **What will be your mission?** * Design, develop, and maintain Generative AI algorithms and models to build use cases that meet business needs. * Collaborate closely with business and technology teams to integrate AI solutions across all company areas. * Code development and analysis, as well as test automation. * Effectively document your work using tools such as Confluence. * Work with the data team to collect, clean, and preprocess data required for AI models. * Benchmark new Generative AI models (LLMs) and support decisions on AI Gen region allocation given quota limitations. * Prompt design: creation of effective instructions enabling language models to generate coherent and relevant responses for specific tasks. * Optimization and performance: fine-tuning and refining prompts to improve AI response quality. * Build prototypes, validate, and deploy large\-scale AI solutions. **What are we offering?** * Stable position with real growth opportunities. * A dynamic and challenging environment in which to develop your talent. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday from 9:00 AM to 6:15 PM, Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. * Hybrid work model. * Flexible compensation plan: medical insurance, gourmet card, childcare vouchers, and transportation allowance. * Continuous training: up to 80% discount on degrees from UNIR. **What are we looking for?** * Bachelor's degree, advanced degree, or master's in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related fields. * Proven experience in designing and developing Generative AI solutions. * Familiarity with the use and orchestration of LLMs. * Experience with programming languages such as Python, focusing on data handling (Pandas, etc.), ML libraries (PyTorch, Keras, TensorFlow, Scikit, Transformers, CUDA, Huggingface), optimized GPU deployments, concurrent programming, and basic API development. * Solid knowledge of applied statistics for data processing. * Experience with traditional Machine Learning, particularly in audio processing (transcription, diarization, noise cleaning), classification and decision systems (Random Forest, etc.), and open\-source tools. * Understanding of generative AI, including image processing models (Diffusion models, SAM, ResNet, DINO), language models (Prompt engineering, embeddings, fine\-tuning), and their application in production systems via APIs (e.g., Langchain). *This selection process will be managed by Qualentum, a spinoff of the PROEDUCA Group, specialized in identifying and attracting top digital talent.* *The EDUCATIONAL Group is firmly committed to equal opportunities and diversity, thereby creating an environment free from any form of discrimination.*.
