Main responsibilities: \- Coordination and management of the External Prevention Service (SPA) across all group companies. \- Monitoring and managing temporary disability processes in collaboration with the mutual insurance company. \- Planning and managing medical examinations and health surveillance for the entire SERTRANS Group. \- Supervision and control of billing related to your area of responsibility (mutual insurance, SPA, and safety). \- Coordination, monitoring, and management of occupational safety activities (notifications, incident/accident investigations, follow-up meetings, etc.). \- Management and maintenance of the Business Activity Coordination (CAE) platform. \- Support in implementing and monitoring current OHS regulations. \- Preparation of periodic preventive reports and documentation. ### **Requirements** \- University degree or higher vocational training, preferably in Occupational Health and Safety. \- A Master’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety (covering all three specialties) is desirable. \- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. \- Up-to-date knowledge of current OHS legislation. \- Experience coordinating with External Prevention Services and mutual insurance companies. \- Proficiency in CAE platforms. \- Intermediate/advanced proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.). \- Strong organizational, planning, and monitoring skills. \- Excellent communication and interdepartmental coordination abilities. ### **Offer** \- Working hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday \- Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM \- Salary: €24,034.94 gross per year \- Contract: Initially through an ETT; subsequently direct employment with the company If you wish to join a stable project where you can contribute your expertise and grow professionally in the field of occupational safety, apply now and take the next step in your career with us!
