Intress needs to hire a **Social Educator** to cover a temporary replacement position at the Psychosocial Rehabilitation Center for people with mental illness (CRPS) in **Getafe**

* **Start Date:** Immediate
* **Contract End Date** (1\)**:** Interim assignment, substitution for sick leave
* **Monthly Gross Remuneration:** Disability Collective Agreement
* **Weekly Hours:** 35 hours
* **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 9:00–15:00; Friday, 8:30–15:00. One fixed afternoon per week and two afternoons every other week, from 15:00 to 18:00.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Design, plan, implement, and evaluate socioeducational intervention activities, social participation initiatives, leisure and free-time programs, and community integration efforts.
* Support and participate in the Center’s training programs.
* Participate in assessments and development of individualized rehabilitation plans.
* Motivate and support users’ participation in Center activities.
* Conduct interviews with users to monitor their progress during recovery and manage necessary supports (e.g., tutoring).
* Train users in basic and instrumental Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), social skills, use of new technologies, public transportation, and other areas aimed at fostering personal autonomy.
* Coordinate with other Center professionals regarding intervention implementation, organization, and operation.
* Collaborate with community resource professionals, associations, and social agents within the districts where users reside, and participate in participatory forums.
* Coordinate and supervise internships for students of Education or Social Integration.
* Participate in research projects, teaching activities, and working groups launched by the Center.

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Social Education
**Required Knowledge:**
* Network-based work methodology

* Application of ICT as a tool for social intervention
***Minimum Professional Experience:***
* Experience as a Social Educator in mental health rehabilitation services.
* Experience facilitating group activities.
***Desirable:**
* Experience designing initiatives aimed at improving societal perceptions of people with mental illness.
* Experience launching inclusive radio workshops and leisure activities.
* Knowledge of musical language or ability to play a musical instrument
