The **Sales Development** team is a key piece of our commercial organization, as it is where new business opportunities originate. At Fracttal, we are committed to the **professional development of our SDRs**, many of whom progress into **Account Executive** roles within the company. **The SDR plays a key role in Fracttal’s growth, responsible for generating high-quality pipeline to achieve the company’s sales objectives.** The SDR will be responsible for **identifying, developing, and qualifying business opportunities in new accounts**, working closely with **Account Executives**. Their primary objective will be to **schedule sales meetings with qualified prospects**, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities for the sales team. Your Mission ###### **Planning and Preparation** * Define **prospecting strategies, plans, and activities** based on set objectives. * Monitor **operational metrics** to ensure effective activity management and goal achievement. * **Keep the CRM updated**, recording contacts, activities, and results according to established guidelines. * Work with **leads from various sources** (e.g., generated by Sales Development, Marketing, or from trade shows and events where the SDR acts as **Fracttal’s representative**) as well as with **prospects identified independently by the SDR**, aiming to **convert them into qualified leads**. * Build **target account and contact lists** based on personal experience and **inputs provided by Marketing and Sales** (ICPs, buyer profiles). * Coordinate **continuously and closely** with **Account Executives** to align priorities and focus on target accounts. * Align with the **Marketing** team on executing specific campaigns (e.g., industry-specific outbound campaigns or re-engagement of unqualified leads). ###### **Prospecting and Qualification** * Define and execute appropriate **multichannel sequences** for different prospects. * Conduct **account and contact research** to understand their context and prepare interactions effectively. * Execute **multichannel outbound prospecting actions** (calls, email, LinkedIn, and other digital tools) with **key decision-makers**. * Initiate **conversations aimed at generating interest** in Fracttal’s value proposition. * **Qualify prospects** based on interactions held, applying **established methodologies** (e.g., SPICED). * Perform **follow-up actions** aimed at generating interest and **enriching the account**, identifying additional relevant contacts. ###### **Scheduling and Opportunity Progression** * **Schedule the meeting between the prospect and the Account Executive**, during which the SDR will **actively participate**, and the **opportunity leadership will be transferred to the Account Executive**. * **Enrich the opportunity before the meeting**, providing relevant information and context about the account and prospects. * **Support the Account Executive in progressing the opportunity**, identifying additional contacts and collaborating on specific actions throughout the sales cycle. * **Balance achieving personal goals** with supporting the Account Executive in advancing the pipeline. **What We Look for in You** ------------------------- **At least 2 years of relevant experience and proven success as a Sales Development Representative (SDR)** or in similar commercial roles selling **B2B SaaS software**, ideally in **mid-market or enterprise accounts**. * Experience with **ERP, CMMS, IoT solutions**, or other domains related to **industry, facility management, or asset management** will be valued. * **Experience in outbound prospecting, account research, and prospect qualification**. * A **consistent track record of meeting sales goals and metrics**. * **Relevant academic background will be considered**, though **experience, attitude, potential, and demonstrated capabilities** during the selection process will take priority. * **Fluency in Spanish and advanced English proficiency**.
