**Job Description** We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented R&D Engineer to join our dynamic Air Conditioning Machine Design team in Vacarisses, Spain. As a key member of our Research and Development department, you will play a crucial role in driving technological advancements and product innovation. * Conduct research and develop new products or improve existing ones to meet market demands. * Design and oversee the construction and validation of prototypes using various engineering principles and methodologies. * Analyze and interpret complex data to support decision-making and product development. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. * Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations for stakeholders. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering. * 3–5 years of experience in R&D or related engineering roles. * Proficiency in CAD tools and simulation/modeling software (SolidWorks, Siemens NX). * Experience with data analysis and statistical methods. * Demonstrated knowledge of engineering design principles. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Strong communication and collaboration abilities. * Ability to work on-site in Vacarisses, Spain. * Understanding of the product development lifecycle. * Innovative mindset with passion for technological advancements. * Advanced level of English to independently conduct technical discussions with international teams.
