DESCRIPTION Fidamc is seeking a Quality Technician with solid 5-year experience in the aerospace sector, specializing in composite materials and special processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring and supervising product quality by implementing and maintaining the company's quality management systems. This role is critical to guaranteeing that our products meet the highest standards of the aerospace industry and our customers' expectations. Their work will be key to continuously improving our processes and preventing non-conformities, directly contributing to Fidamc's operational excellence. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Support product conformance assurance for aerospace products by applying quality standards, aeronautical regulations, and customer requirements. * Collaborate in meeting quality management system requirements (EN 9100, NADCAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025\). * Participate in quality activities throughout the product manufacturing lifecycle: * Incoming inspection. * Process control. * Final inspection and product release. * Support supervision and validation of special processes related to composite material manufacturing (lay-up, curing, autoclave, assembly, repairs, etc.). * Collaborate in managing product and process non-conformities, participating in root cause analysis and defining corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in internal, customer, and certification audits. * Support the production area in resolving quality incidents. * Collaborate in managing product traceability and associated documentation. * Develop and maintain Quality Management System documentation (procedures, work instructions, and inspection records). * Monitor quality indicators and collaborate in preparing technical reports. * Contribute to continuous process improvement and compliance with quality standards. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Engineering, Mechanical Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, or related disciplines. * Under 30 years old (requirement for the grant call). * Knowledge of quality management systems and applicable regulations in the industrial or aerospace sector. * Familiarity with EN 9100, NADCAP, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 17025\ will be valued. * Knowledge of composite material manufacturing processes will be valued. * Prior experience (internships, final degree projects/theses, scholarships, or professional experience) in quality, production, or manufacturing departments within the industrial sector—preferably aerospace—will be valued. * Technical English proficiency sufficient to understand documentation and specifications. * Proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Office).
