




Job Summary: We are seeking a Quality Engineer for the siderometallurgical or railway sector, responsible for ensuring product quality and managing non-conformities. Key Responsibilities: 1. Promote and monitor continuous improvement plans Company located in Sabadell, seeking 1 Quality Engineer for the siderometallurgical or railway sector. Requirements: • Disability certificate of 33% or higher • Degree in Technical Engineering or Architecture • Native proficiency in Spanish and Catalan; English C1 level (for negotiating with foreign clients) • Cordiality and empathy towards employees • Quality Engineer certification or equivalent • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Quality Engineer in the siderometallurgical or railway sector • Knowledge of ISO 9001 and IRIS Ed2 standards Offered: • Permanent contract • Full-time position • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–14:00 and 15:00–18:00 • Salary: €2,857 (paid in 14 installments) • Ensure product quality in mass production, guaranteeing client-required standards. • Manage internal non-conformities (assembly, rejected parts, processes), coordinating resolution with relevant departments. • Participate in handling external incidents and support client visits related to quality. • Promote and monitor corrective, preventive, and continuous improvement action plans. • Monitor quality PIs and KPIs (defects, open/closed actions, inspection indicators). • Supervise final inspection; manage supplier waivers and ensure proper quality documentation. • Actively participate in production meetings and daily problem-solving. • Facilitate quality communication on-site (bulletin boards, incident tracking, etc.). * 36 months of experience.
