Temporary position with possibility of continuity until 11/06/2026. 2 positions Job Description Important meat industry company located in Santa Eugènia de Berga seeks to hire 2 Quality Assistants to support the Quality Department. Selected candidates will be responsible for performing quality and food safety controls on-site, supervising compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, collaborating in the documentation management of the quality system, handling incidents, collecting product and channel samples, participating in audits, and verifying control points established by the food safety system. Currently, we have two vacancies: 1 vacancy for the afternoon shift, with working hours from 16:00 to 00:30. 1 vacancy for the night shift, with working hours from 22:00 to 06:30, to cover a long-term absence. We seek responsible, methodical individuals with learning capacity and interest in professional development within the quality and food safety area. We offer integration into an established food industry company, initial training funded by the company, and opportunities for continuity based on performance and production needs. Requirements * Qualification: Relevant education in Quality, Food Safety, Food Industry or related fields is desirable * Preferred: Prior experience in the meat industry, preferably pork-related. Training in Good Food Handling Practices. Knowledge of quality and food safety management systems. Organizational skills and ability to work in a team. * Requirements: Responsible, methodical, and committed individual. Learning capacity and ability to respond effectively to incidents. Strong communication skills. Availability to work the afternoon shift. Interest in professional development in the food quality area. * Mandatory: Ability to work in a food industrial environment. Sufficient Catalan and/or Spanish language proficiency to understand procedures and work instructions. Responsible, organized individual with attention to detail. * Other requirements: Personal vehicle to commute to the workplace. Prior experience in food quality or meat industry (desirable).
