




Job Summary: We are seeking an agile, organized Quality Control Manager with experience in the metallurgical sector to ensure quality throughout the entire production process. Key Responsibilities: 1. Production part verification and non-conformance management 2. Monitoring and improvement of operator self-inspection processes 3. Management of ISO 9001 and EN 15085 quality documentation We are a metallurgical manufacturing company operating across multiple sectors, including the railway industry. We seek an agile, responsible, and organized individual with experience in quality control within the metallurgical sector—and preferably also in the railway sector—who will report directly to management and ensure quality assurance across the entire production process. • Verify production parts to ensure their quality; in case of Non-Conformance (NC), stop the process as soon as possible to minimize NC-related costs. • Monitor and improve self-inspection processes to ensure quality is maintained by operators themselves. • Manage NCs with customers and suppliers, as well as internal NCs detected during production. • Manage the quality documentation required for compliance with ISO 9001 and EN 15085 standards with customers and suppliers. • Collaborate with management, maintenance, and production teams to sustain and improve production processes, ensuring quality compliance with ISO 9001 and EN 15085. * Experience: 1 year. Minimum experience: 1 year. Desired experience: 5 years * Higher Vocational Training (FP) Diploma * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: intermediate) * Availability of personal vehicle * Permanent employment contract * Intensive working schedule * Additional information of interest: Fixed-term contract following a 6-month probation period.
