Your mission Your mission will be to comprehensively manage and coordinate assigned industrial projects, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, costs, quality, and safety requirements. You will work in close contact with the client and coordinate activities across Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, suppliers, subcontractors, and execution teams—anticipating risks and facilitating structured decision-making throughout the project lifecycle. Key responsibilities * Plan and monitor assigned projects. Control schedules, costs, scope, risks, and key milestones. * Coordinate activities among Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, assembly, and commissioning. * Maintain smooth communication with clients and internal teams. Monitor suppliers, deliveries, equipment, and documentation. * Identify deviations and propose preventive and corrective actions. * Channel scope, timeline, or cost changes for evaluation. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements, and coordinate delivery and project closure. Profile we are seeking * Technical education in industrial, mechanical, electrical, automation, or industrial organization engineering—or equivalent experience. * Experience in industrial project management or coordination. Knowledge of project planning, economic control, and monitoring. * Ability to interpret technical documentation and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. * Communication skills and client orientation. * Organizational ability, analytical thinking, and incident resolution capability. * Proficiency in Excel and project management tools. * Experience in industrial installations, automation, maintenance, assembly, or automotive sectors will be valued. * Specific training in project management will be valued. * The required level of English will be communicated during the selection process.
