**We’re looking for a Process Industrial Quality Manager (Fixed Term Contract)** to ensure product quality compliance with customer and internal requirements, deploying industrial quality standards across manufacturing processes.

**Your role, your impact**
* Ensure product quality during manufacturing according to internal and customer specifications
* Manage Industrial Quality activities across people, processes, and performance
* Analyze Defects per Unit (DpU) and external demerits to drive line quality improvements
* Support GO / NO GO decisions and hold veto right in critical situations
* Stop production when required for safety or quality reasons
* Contribute to Criticality Matrix and Process FMEA analyses
* Lead FAR activities and participate in FMR / SMR reviews
* Implement and update Quality Control Plans during pre\-serial and serial phases
* Manage internal NCRs and support their closure using problem\-solving methodologies (e.g. QRQC)
* Participate in customer inspections, audits, and First Article Inspections (FAI)
* Perform workstation audits and ensure proper self\-inspection practices
**You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across engineering, operations and design \- solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.**
**What you bring**
* Degree in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, or similar)
* Experience in industrial quality and continuous improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma, problem solving)
* Strong knowledge of industrial processes and quality standards (ISO9001\)
* Ability to read drawings and technical specifications
* Experience managing teams (for Manager level)
* Fluent English and international mindset
* Ability to work in matrix environments and under pressure
* Strong communication skills, rigor, and team spirit
**How success is measured**
* Reduction of Defects per Unit (DpU) and external demerits
* Improvement of First Pass Yield (FPY)
* Reduction of Cost of Non\-Quality (CONQ)
* Achievement of APSYS Industrial Quality targets (Q09–Q13\)
