Provide cross-functional team support A company based in Tàrrega is seeking a Process and Quality Manager to lead the implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of the organization’s processes, safeguarding service quality and promoting more efficient, consistent, and socially impactful management. Contract type: Permanent. Full-time with flexible working hours. Salary: €1800 gross/month Main responsibilities include designing, documenting, implementing, and reviewing work processes in coordination with teams, as well as defining and updating the organization’s process map. Also included are managing the quality management system, coordinating audits, tracking non\-conformities and corrective actions, and developing and updating procedures, protocols, and records. Additionally, the role involves monitoring quality and efficiency indicators, preparing management support reports, and providing cross-functional team support in adopting organizational, methodological, and operational tool improvements that foster more orderly and effective service delivery. * Minimum 6 months’ experience in implementing organizational processes and/or quality management systems. * UNIVERSITY DEGREE * Competencies / Knowledge: \- Intermediate\-advanced proficiency in computer tools. \- Strong organizational and planning skills. \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Permanent employment contract * Full-time position * Monthly gross salary: 1800 * Additional information of interest: Hybrid work model: on-site and remote work.
