Integration of prevention into project management DESCRIPTION **Prevention Resource on Site** ============================== Eosol Group is seeking a Prevention Resource with solid experience to join our team on a wind energy project. The project location will be in **Cabanillas (Tudela).** We seek a proactive and safety- and health-oriented professional, with a prevention- and risk-control mindset in construction environments. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Risk Identification and Assessment:** Conduct comprehensive analysis of occupational risks associated with on-site activities, identifying potential hazards and evaluating their magnitude to establish appropriate preventive measures. * **Regulatory Compliance Oversight:** Ensure all on-site operations strictly comply with current occupational risk prevention legislation, sector-specific regulations, and the company’s internal policies. * **Development of Safety and Health Plans and Procedures:** Develop, implement, and keep up to date safety and health plans as well as safe work procedures, adapting them to the specific characteristics of each project phase. * **Inspections and Continuous Monitoring:** Carry out periodic workplace inspections to verify proper implementation of safety measures, identify unsafe conditions, and propose immediate corrective actions. * **Training and Induction Sessions:** Deliver safety training and induction sessions to personnel joining the project, as well as conduct safety reminders and refresher trainings on key prevention topics. * **Management of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE):** Supervise the proper provision, use, maintenance, and replacement of PPE required for each task, ensuring their suitability and effectiveness. * **Interdepartmental Collaboration:** Work closely with site managers, supervisors, and other responsible personnel to integrate prevention into all aspects of project management. * **Incident Investigation:** Participate in investigations of occupational accidents and incidents occurring on site, determining root causes and proposing measures to prevent recurrence. * **Promotion of a Preventive Culture:** Foster a robust and participatory safety culture at all levels of the site, promoting awareness and commitment to safety among all workers. **Essential Requirements:** * **Specific Training:** Hold the regulatory qualification for Prevention Resource, equivalent to a 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP) course. * **Professional Experience:** Minimum of 3 years’ demonstrable experience in similar positions, performing Prevention Resource duties on construction sites. * **Sector-Specific Experience:** Prior specific experience in photovoltaic or wind energy projects. Knowledge of wind energy sector-specific safety requirements will be positively valued. * **Geographic Mobility:** Willingness and ability to travel geographically to the project area in Cabanillas (Tudela) and surrounding areas. * **Valid Driver’s License:** Possession of a valid and current driver’s license. **Desired Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver effective training. * Analytical capability for risk identification and assessment. * Proactivity and autonomy in managing assigned tasks. * Rigor and attention to detail in regulatory and procedural compliance. * Problem-solving ability and decision-making skills. * Teamwork and collaboration capacity with diverse professional profiles. * Knowledge of occupational safety and health regulations applicable to construction sites. * Adaptability and flexibility in response to changes and demands of the construction environment.
