DESCRIPTION At Eosol Group, a leader in energy solutions committed to excellence and innovation, we are looking for a **Nuclear Quality Technician** to join our team at our Tarragona office. This position will be key to ensuring the highest quality standards in our nuclear projects, providing support across various locations as required by project needs. If you have a solid track record of at least 5 years in industrial quality and demonstrable experience in the nuclear sector, we invite you to join a continuously growing company with challenging projects. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise and ensure compliance with quality requirements throughout all phases of nuclear projects, from planning through execution to closure. * Develop, implement, and maintain quality management plans tailored to nuclear sector regulations and specificities. * Conduct internal and external audits to verify process and documentation conformity. * Identify non-conformities, propose corrective and preventive actions, and follow up on their implementation. * Collaborate closely with project teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure satisfaction and adherence to quality standards. * Manage quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, records, and certificates. * Participate in supplier evaluation and selection, ensuring compliance with established quality criteria. * Promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization. * Stay updated on regulations, standards, and best practices in industrial and nuclear quality. * Prepare periodic reports on quality status across projects. **Requirements:** * Technical or university education in Engineering, Quality, or related fields. * Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Industrial Quality roles. * **Specific and demonstrable experience in nuclear sector projects.** This is a fundamental requirement that will greatly facilitate your adaptation to the role. * In-depth knowledge of quality regulations and standards applicable to the nuclear sector (e.g., ASME, ISO 9001, etc.). * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and regulations. * Skill in identifying, analyzing, and resolving quality issues. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Teamwork ability and autonomy. * Willingness to travel to various nuclear projects as required. * Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Quality certifications (e.g., ISO 9001 Internal/External Auditor\). * Knowledge of quality management tools. * Experience in risk management. * Technical English proficiency. **What We Offer:** * Join a stable and expanding company in the energy sector. * Opportunity to work on large-scale, strategically important nuclear projects. * Dynamic and professional working environment. * Professional development and continuous training. * Competitive salary package commensurate with candidate’s experience and value.
