As part of the Mobility Department, we are looking for a **Mobility Projects Technician** to join our team. Your mission will be to promote safer, more sustainable, connected, and equitable mobility, focused on improving people's quality of life. **What does it mean to be a Mobility Projects Technician at RACC?** * You will lead and develop mobility studies and projects, both internally initiated and commissioned by public and private organizations. * You will assess the social, environmental, and economic impact of transportation using specific data sources and open databases. * You will participate in European Commission R&D projects related to mobility—both urban and interurban. * You will participate in sectoral mobility working groups (Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile, DGT, Generalitat de Catalunya, ATM, AMB, Ajuntament de Barcelona, etc.) at national and international levels. **What makes us unique?** * At RACC, we don’t just offer you a job—we accompany every step you take with opportunities to grow, enjoy your work, and make an impact. Join our **\#YellowTeam**, where people are our strength! **Requirements:** --------------- **What will you need?** * A Higher Education Degree (e.g., Engineering, Economics, Environmental Sciences, Geography, etc.) is preferred. Postgraduate qualifications and iRAP program participation will also be valued. * Previous experience and education—between four and five years—in mobility-related projects, consulting, specialized engineering firms, mobility departments in related companies, or research departments at universities or public administrations will be essential to contribute your perspective and analysis to projects. * Proficiency in English—both spoken and written—in addition to Spanish and Catalan is essential for daily communication and professional development. * To participate in national and international projects, you must be available to travel approximately 15% of the time. * Being innovative and proactive will be ideal for identifying opportunities and implementing changes when needed. * If you are passionate about communication and possess strong empathetic and clear communication skills, we seek individuals who enjoy conveying ideas effectively and enthusiastically.
