Job Summary: We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to conduct microbiological and chemical analyses of food products, ensuring quality and safety, supervising hygiene, and improving analytical methods. Collaborating in the continuous improvement of analytical methods We are looking for a Laboratory Technician for our facilities in El Prat de Llobregat, specialized in quality control for the agri-food industry. Your main responsibilities will include performing microbiological and chemical analyses of food products, ensuring compliance with the highest quality and safety standards. You will also be responsible for supervising laboratory hygiene and sanitation conditions, meticulously recording all test results, and collaborating on the continuous improvement of our analytical methods. Maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment will also be part of your daily duties. A temporary part-time contract is offered, with working hours from Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00. During the initial training weeks, the schedule will be from 09:00 to 17:00. We seek a candidate with excellent observational skills and a methodical approach to work. * Educational level: Higher vocational qualification in Quality Analysis and Control or equivalent. * Prior experience in physicochemical laboratory work. * Experience in food analysis laboratories and gas chromatography is desirable. * Proactivity and ability to work effectively in a team.
