We are currently running a selection process to fill several full-time Laboratory Operator positions, with immediate availability. WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR? A responsible and proactive individual, capable of adapting to change, for whom continuous improvement and daily learning are constant motivations. Is that you? WHAT WILL YOU DO? You will report directly to the laboratory shift supervisor, and your key responsibilities will include: * Receiving materials. * Sensory Analysis: taste tests and sensory analysis every 4 hours or every 24 hours (taste/smell of beverage: foreign substances). * In-line controls: Brix, prepared solution percentage, carbonation level, pH, etc. * Preparing reagents and calibrating measuring instruments. * Checking and verifying measuring and control instruments (as well as ovens, refrigerators, and cold rooms). * Recording control results in generated reports for use and archiving them. * Interpreting analysis results and taking appropriate action, as well as reporting and communicating any incidents. * Maintaining facilities, materials, machinery, and tools used in your work in perfect operational, preservation, and cleanliness conditions; also ensuring proper care of any tools issued to personnel from other departments. * Monitoring laboratory material stock levels and providing timely notice for replenishment. WHAT DO WE REQUIRE? * Approx. one year of prior experience in a similar role. * A Technical Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in technical specialties related to Chemistry, Pharmacy, Analysis and Control, or similar fields is desirable. * Personal vehicle, due to the company’s location. * Availability to work rotating shifts (Morning/Afternoon/Night), Monday through Sunday.
