Ability to work in a highly regulated environment. * IT Tools Skills: Proficiency in office software at user level, as well as familiarity with computer systems supporting daily tasks. **Key Responsibilities:** * Ensure training on all assigned tasks. Recognize deviations when they occur and initiate, participate in, and/or conduct root cause investigations. * Conduct and/or approve analytical investigations and deviation reports. * Develop and/or review technical Quality Control documentation required for the position, based on learning and experience, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards. * Develop and/or review laboratory change controls related to the position (e.g., analytical documentation, equipment). * Manage internal Quality Control documents (e.g., laboratory notebooks, analytical methods). * Collaborate in reviewing analytical data for release of finished product batches, raw materials, stability samples, and Quality Control service samples. * Timely and appropriate reporting to the team lead regarding any issues arising from area activities. * Participate in audits and self\-inspections. * Identify job\-related improvements and collaborate on their implementation. * Contribute to quality system improvement through creation and review of documentation. * Participate in and propose Continuous Improvement initiatives within the team. * Ensure compliance with safety requirements, including wearing job\-specific protective clothing and using necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) for each task. * Perform job\-related tasks safely, adhering to all safety and hygiene requirements. * Identify and report any situation that may pose a risk to personnel. * Participate in behavioral observations and company initiatives aimed at identifying potential risks.
