We are seeking an IT specialist for a client in Murcia to fill the position of Programmer Reporting to the area manager, the candidate will ensure **stability, operational continuity, and optimization of processes** supported by the internal management program. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **Management of the Internal Management Program** * Responsible for the system's proper operation * Management of critical incidents * Coordination with the vendor or group support team **Process Optimization** * Analysis and improvement of laboratory workflows * Reduction of manual tasks and operational errors * Alignment between actual processes and the system **Governance and Control** * Validation of changes and enhancements * User, permission, and audit trail management * Compliance with quality/audit requirements **Business Liaison** * Single point of contact for laboratory and quality departments * Translation of operational needs into IT requirements **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** Programmer with 1 year of experience, capable of adapting to managing the internal management program, and proficient in: Primary stack: * C\# / .NET (Framework or .NET Core) * SQL Server * Visual Studio Desirable: * REST APIs * WinForms or desktop applications * Basic IIS * Entity Framework * Git **CONDITIONS:** * Permanent contract * Private health insurance * Hybrid model (50% remote) * Location: Murcia * Salary: approx. 20\-23K
