Position Summary: VIARIUM is seeking an R&D&i Project Manager to lead the development and implementation of Research, Development, and Technological Innovation systems. Key Responsibilities: 1. Implement the innovation strategy aligned with business objectives. 2. Coordinate and support the cross-departmental technical team. 3. Develop business plans for innovative products and services. DESCRIPTION **R&D Project Manager** VIARIUM is an innovative engineering, design, consulting, and full-service planning/construction management firm specializing in infrastructure projects. Founded in 2010, VIARIUM was established with the vision of being recognized for delivering the highest quality and service to our clients—supported by a competent, professional team committed to continuous improvement and innovation. **Your Mission** This position reports to the R&D&i Department. You will join the R&D&i area as the responsible figure for the in-house development and implementation of Research, Development (R&D), and Technological Innovation (TI) systems. **What Will Your Day-to-Day Look Like?** Your responsibilities will include: * Implementing the defined innovation strategy, aligned with business objectives. * Preparing specific documentation required to manage and enable the development of each project (scope, resources, schedule, and budget). * Promoting idea management, evaluating feasibility, and filtering ideas that align with the strategy to transform them into concrete projects. * Coordinating and supporting the cross-departmental technical team assigned to each project through task allocation and progress tracking. Identifying training needs, fostering motivation and teamwork, and assessing the technical team’s potential. * Coordinating project development with the client according to defined guidelines and implementing client-specific management criteria for each project. * Overseeing project execution, economic project management—applying agile/Lean methodologies when necessary—managing risks, and monitoring progress and innovation metrics (ROI, impact). * Developing business plans for innovative technological products and/or services, focused on value delivery and return on investment. Proactively identifying market trends, emerging technologies, and valuable external collaborations. **What We Offer** * Indefinite-term employment contract. * Intensive work schedule from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday (standard hours: 08:00–15:00). * Regular work schedule for the remainder of the year: Monday to Thursday (standard hours: 08:30–18:00), and Fridays (08:30–15:00). * Possibility to flexibilize your working hours. * Work-life balance measures for all employees. * Nursery voucher as flexible compensation. REQUIREMENTS **What We Are Looking For** * Education: Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or related fields. * Minimum English proficiency level: B2. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in R&D areas as a Project Manager for innovation development, ICT projects, or software development projects. * Prior experience developing R&D&i projects in an industrial environment. * Strong communication skills and leadership capability. * Residence near the job location
