At **CELO Industria España**, we are looking for a **Customer Quality Manager** to join our team. **What will be your responsibilities?** * Lead and coordinate the quality team, reporting to the area manager. * Manage customer complaints and coordinate corrective and preventive actions. * Participate in problem-solving using quality methodologies (8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why). * Ensure compliance with customer requirements, including preparation and follow-up of documentation (PPAP, APQP, PSW). * Develop and supervise technical documentation: PFMEA, control plans, inspection guidelines, laboratory reports, and quality/conformity certifications. * Coordinate and validate product/process testing and approvals. * Collaborate in internal and external audits. REQUIREMENTS **What are we looking for?** * Technical education (Engineering or similar). * At least 2 years of experience in customer quality or supply chain. * Knowledge of audits, quality systems, and continuous improvement tools. * Attention to detail, communication skills, and analytical ability. * Intermediate to advanced level of English. Leadership and team management skills.
