Contract for MEFID, an R\+D company within the group to which Hispana de Maquinaria S.A. belongs. MEFID is a global leader in the research, development, and production of machinery, tools, and chemical compounds primarily intended for electropolishing metals in industrial sectors. We need to fill a vacancy for a chemist or chemical engineer responsible for: * Supporting research and development of new compounds * Managing tests * Documenting research results * The job may occasionally require international travel Candidate Requirements * Experience: Candidates must have solid knowledge and experience in chemistry and/or chemical engineering. We do not require extensive experience, but a foundational level is essential, along with enthusiasm for learning and long-term commitment to the team. * Education: A bachelor's degree or engineering degree in chemical engineering is preferred; however, technical engineering profiles will also be considered if they possess the required knowledge and experience. Languages: In addition to Spanish and, preferably, Catalan, fluency in spoken and written English sufficient for technical communication with clients is required. Knowledge of French and other languages is highly valued.
