Job Summary: We are seeking an Agile Functional Analyst to perform functional analysis for new applications and enhance existing ones, ensuring optimal operation and exploitation. The selected candidate will **perform functional analysis for new applications, as well as update and improve existing ones, ensuring their proper exploitation and optimal performance.** **What will you do? These will be your main responsibilities:** * Gathering requirements and performing functional analysis for new and evolutionary projects. * Preparing functional analysis using use cases, screen prototypes, listings, sequence diagrams, and related documentation. * Breaking down tasks from functional analysis for subsequent effort estimation. * Maintaining the product’s process vision by describing current processes and improving them for efficiency and effectiveness. * Identifying opportunities and proposing continuous improvement initiatives. * Keeping the backlog well-documented, prioritized, and estimated for execution. * Participating with the project manager in planning development activities. * Reviewing and validating developed functionalities and preparing user documentation. * Executing and tracking the functional testing plan. * Providing technical support and advice to the customer service team. * Supporting product operations. **Benefits offered at your workplace:** * **Direct, permanent employment contract** with the end client. * **Stable project, permanent contract.** * **Hybrid work model**, with two days of remote work per week. * **Flexible start time** (8:30–10:00\). * **Compressed workweek** every Friday throughout the year and during summer. * Professional career development and continuous training plan. * Meal vouchers. * Free parking. * Flexible compensation (transport vouchers, childcare vouchers, etc.). * Competitive benefits including private health insurance, internet, mobile phone, and wellness programs. REQUIREMENTS Minimum Requirements: * + Minimum 2 years’ experience in the responsibilities described above. + Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). + Experience with Jira, Confluence, SharePoint. + Familiarity with user stories, use cases, and screen prototyping. + Teamwork skills and excellent interpersonal communication. + Ability to learn quickly and understand business processes, as well as adapt to new business domains. + Experience managing teams. + Research-oriented mindset, proactivity, and commitment to quality. + Database design experience. + SQL knowledge. + UML knowledge. * Prior experience with Java. * Prior experience with React is desirable.
