Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will expand and develop international markets by acquiring new suppliers, customers, and countries to achieve defined quantitative and qualitative objectives. If you wish to join our project, please do not hesitate to send your CV to rrhh@cultivar.net. **About the Role** ---------------- * Responsible for purchasing assigned products internationally: planning product-specific campaigns, executing purchasing programs, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating terms, among other duties. * Conducts visits to suppliers and customers as required. * Manages and resolves potential issues (e.g., quality, pricing, service) in collaboration with other departments. * Manages sales and achieves commercial margins with assigned customers, while also prospecting and acquiring new customers and market/business opportunities. * Leads the sale of assigned products across various commercial teams and branches of the company, promoting and energizing such efforts. * Expands product offerings to existing customers (identifying needs and retaining the customer base), including both proprietary products and other company products. * Attends and participates in company commercial meetings, conventions, trade fairs, and similar events. **About You** ---------------- * Hold a diploma or bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Sales and/or International Marketing, or a related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in the responsibilities described above, preferably in the fresh food or FMCG sector. * Advanced English proficiency (negotiation level) is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is advantageous. * A dynamic and proactive professional who generates ideas and actions to develop and promote the brand internationally. * Possess strong commercial skills, negotiation ability, and capacity to make independent decisions among various alternatives, within the scope of job responsibilities. * Customer-oriented individual with strong teamwork capabilities to achieve shared objectives. **About Us** ------------------ * Join a sector-leading company experiencing continuous growth. * Integrate into a dynamic and active team committed to ongoing development. **To apply, please send an email to rrhh@cultivar.net with your CV and cover letter — we will contact you shortly**
