Job Summary: We are seeking a packaging operator for the food industry at Mercabarna, responsible for packaging fruits/vegetables, order preparation, hygienic food handling, and loading/unloading of goods. Key Points: 1. Packaging and food handling functions in the food industry 2. Full-time afternoon shift, Monday to Saturday 3. Prior experience and proactivity are valued We need an operator to perform packaging tasks at a food industry company located at Mercabarna (Barcelona). Responsibilities include packaging various types of fruits and vegetables, preparing orders, handling food in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations, as well as loading and unloading goods. The operator will also be responsible for keeping the work area clean and performing other duties inherent to the position. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, afternoon shift from 14:00 to 20:00, with breaks as stipulated by law. * Prior experience in a similar role is desirable. * We seek a dynamic, proactive individual eager to learn. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Compulsory completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO).
