**Full job description** DESCRIPTION **Kitchen Assistant/Cook** **Mass Embutidos y Precocinados** is looking to incorporate a **Kitchen Assistant/Cook** into its team who is enthusiastic and motivated. If you enjoy traditional cooking and meet the requirements, this opportunity is for you! **Location:** Sax, Alicante. **Contract type:** Temporary with possibility of permanent contract **Working hours:** 40 hours per week **Responsibilities and Tasks:** Preparation of our dishes. We seek someone capable of performing confidently in the following areas: * **Hot kitchen:** Operating stoves and ovens, ensuring proper cooking and presentation of food. * **Preparation:** Organizing and preparing ingredients before and during service. * **Cleaning and organization:** Maintaining an immaculate and orderly workspace, complying with hygiene and food safety regulations. * **Collaboration:** Working cooperatively and coordinately with other kitchen and store staff. **Requirements:** * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience in similar positions. * **Skills:** Ability to work in a team, especially in the hot kitchen—our specialty is meatballs (pellas). * **Attitude:** A **responsible**, **committed**, and **clean** individual in the workplace. * **Organization:** Ability to manage time and tasks efficiently. * **Availability:** Immediate start and availability to work according to the stated schedule. **Schedule:** * **Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday:** mornings * **Tuesday and Wednesday:** afternoons If you are passionate about the gastronomy of our region, possess a service-oriented vocation, and seek a place where your work is valued, we want to meet you!
