The responsibilities of this position are as follows: * Coordinate with the rest of the team in dish preparation. * Experience assisting in preparing Galician cuisine, fish, shellfish, and high-quality rice dishes. * Comply with cleanliness and safety standards. * Establish and coordinate quality standards focused on customer satisfaction.
