MAIN TASKS: Collaborate with the kitchen team in receiving raw materials, storage, thawing, temperature control, food handling, cleaning and disinfection. Perform scheduled tasks related to dish preparation and presentation. Carry out periodic cleaning tasks as outlined in the established plan. Handle food in compliance with current regulations. Inspect and monitor kitchen equipment, reporting any issues immediately. Assist in menu and menu card implementation. Monitor and ensure proper storage and optimal utilization of provided ingredients. ### **Requirements** Previous experience as a cook. Proactivity and dynamism.
