We are seeking a KITCHEN ASSISTANT for our Golf Costa Brava hotel located in Castell Platja d'Aro. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Prepare dishes according to the chef's instructions and corporate menus. · Manage storage of raw materials in compliance with hygiene and sanitation regulations. · Handle, prepare, and store food. · Prepare and present dishes, as well as serve buffet meals. · Clean and maintain used kitchen utensils.
