Professional kitchen focused on meat and grilling **Kitchen Assistant – Steakhouse \& Tex\-Mex (Barcelona City Center)** We are looking for a **Kitchen Assistant** eager to work in a dynamic restaurant in Barcelona’s city center, specializing in meat, grilling, and American cuisine. Main Responsibilities: Preparation of mise\-en\-place and support during service according to standards Maintaining order and cleanliness in the kitchen Compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations Direct support to the chef during service hours Requirements: Previous kitchen experience Ability to work effectively in a team Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Communicative level of Spanish Availability for afternoon and evening shifts Residency in Barcelona We Offer: A positive work environment A professional kitchen focused on meat and grilling Music, events, and a consistently energetic atmosphere Opportunities for growth within the project and future development (including expansion and franchising) Conditions: 20-hour weekly schedule Shifts from Thursday to Sunday, afternoons/evenings Immediate start Initial contract with possibility of indefinite extension after 3 months Terms according to collective agreement Work Location: On-site employment
