Main responsibilities will include menu planning, overall kitchen organization—including purchasing, staff management, and proper storage of raw materials. Collaboration in cost and inventory management is also expected, ensuring efficient operation of the department. A food handler’s certificate is required. This offer includes a fixed-term discontinuous employment contract lasting 5 months with full-time hours. The gross monthly salary will be €1546.97, prorated across extra pay periods, plus allowances established by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
