We are seeking kitchen staff for a restaurant specializing in traditional Chinese cuisine. Fluency in Chinese is required, as daily communication and understanding of culinary terminology are essential to maintain the authenticity of the dishes. Main responsibilities include assisting in the preparation and cooking of traditional recipes, collaborating on kitchen cleaning and organization, and maintaining food hygiene and safety standards. Coordination with the team is also required to ensure dish quality, and occasionally addressing customer inquiries regarding ingredients. At least one year of prior experience and the ability to follow instructions quickly are valued. A full-time indefinite contract is offered, with immediate start.
