Job Summary: We are seeking a Chef or Station Chef to prepare and arrange buffet items, perform live cooking, and maintain food quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. An international hotel chain is looking for a **Chef (Buffet \& Live Cooking) / Station Chef** for a seasonal position in the French Alps (06/22/2026–10/31/2026, 132 days). **Terms:** Full-time employment; 1.5 rest days per week; possibility of paid overtime. Accommodation, meals, and resort facility access included. The employer arranges and covers travel costs. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare and arrange buffet items prior to service. * Perform live cooking tasks, completing dishes in front of customers. * Work two daily service shifts while managing the assigned station. * Maintain the resort's food quality and safety standards. **Requirements:** Minimum 2 years of kitchen experience; team management experience is preferred.
