Therefore, we are seeking a Valet who, with passion and dedication, contributes to guest satisfaction by supporting the cleaning and preparation of our rooms and common areas—always ensuring superior quality service. An outstanding **Valet**, distinguished by attention to detail, proactive and committed attitude, who enjoys teamwork and, above all, places the guest at the center of their work. **What will you do?** * Perform auxiliary cleaning and tidying tasks for floors and public areas. * Prepare, transport, and collect materials and products required for cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms, as well as internal and external common areas. * Prepare meeting rooms, convention spaces, or event venues by cleaning the areas and performing auxiliary tasks. * Report any irregularities, malfunctions, or damages identified in guest rooms to the department supervisor. * Safeguard forgotten items, reporting them and delivering them to the relevant department following established protocols. * Maintain work equipment and storage areas in optimal condition, ensuring cleanliness and order at all times. * Comply with occupational health and safety regulations and measures. **Essential requirements:** * Minimum 1 year of prior experience in similar roles, preferably in hotels of comparable or higher category. * Immediate availability. * Relevant training for the position is valued.
