In your day-to-day work, you will be responsible for performing optimal planning of transportation services for your assigned branch, maximizing efficiency ratios while adhering to customer-specified transit times. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Develop route and transportation mode planning to maximize profitability while meeting internal and/or external customer requirements. * Analyze pickup notifications and service requests submitted by customers and determine the number of trucks required to fulfill the service. * Analyze and decide whether the service will operate in Milk\-Run mode or involve an intermediate warehouse for consolidation and subsequent distribution. * Optimize loads based on various parameters—including geographic zones of loading and unloading points, transit times, etc.—to allocate branch resources as cost-effectively as possible while meeting customer delivery deadlines. * Ensure compliance with transit times and internal and/or external customer requirements. * Define action plans aimed at optimizing truck utilization in terms of weight and volume. * Identify synergies among branches and detect imbalanced traffic flows. * Assign customer traffic to each branch and allocate corresponding operational resources. * Identify supplier needs and assign necessary resources to different branches. **What qualifications do you need?** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, Mathematics, Statistics, Industrial Technologies Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of the land transportation sector. * At least 2 years of experience in similar positions. * Advanced level of English. * Experience with data analysis tools is desirable. **What do we value?** * Analytical capability and data-driven orientation. * Critical thinking and focus on continuous improvement. * Ability to make decisions in complex environments. * Holistic view of transportation operations. * Mindset oriented toward optimization and efficiency. * Communication and coordination skills, with the ability to interact effectively with Transportation teams, branches, suppliers, and other key stakeholders—facilitating decision-making and incident resolution. **What do we offer?** * Join a globally present company where you’ll become part of an innovative, dynamic, and purpose-driven team. * Participate in an expanding project offering real opportunities for professional growth and development. * Play a key role in shaping the company’s growth and actively contribute to its success. * A high degree of autonomy within a collaborative, dynamic, and innovative team. * Access to exclusive social benefits as a Sesé employee: private health insurance, buffet-style cafeteria, discounts at over 400 brands, etc. * Flexible compensation plan tailored to your needs. * Well-being program.
