Position Summary: We are seeking tractor operators to carry out mechanized agricultural tasks, safely and efficiently operating tractors and agricultural machinery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operating and handling tractors and agricultural machinery for field operations 2. Performing basic equipment maintenance and reporting incidents 3. We seek tractor operators to perform mechanized agricultural tasks through the safe and efficient operation of tractors and agricultural machinery according to the technical crop plan, ensuring equipment remains in good condition and established agricultural practices are followed. A permanent contract is offered. Job Functions: Tractor Operator Operating and handling tractors and agricultural machinery to carry out field operations (plowing, harrowing, subsoiling, sowing, fertilizing, phytosanitary treatments, clearing, and harvesting), following established technical instructions. Preparing, inspecting, and readjusting machinery before use, checking fluid levels, hydraulic systems, tires, and the condition of implements. Performing basic equipment maintenance (cleaning, lubrication, simple adjustments) and reporting incidents or malfunctions. Safely applying phytosanitary treatments in accordance with received instructions, ensuring proper use and cleaning of equipment. Recording performed tasks (working hours, areas worked, products applied, and other incidents). Strictly complying with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations. Assisting in other agricultural tasks when necessary for operational continuity. * Experience: 1 year. Prior experience operating agricultural machinery * Competencies / Knowledge: Advanced-level phytosanitary applicator license * Driving License: B * Permanent employment contract * Full-time schedule * Gross monthly salary ranging from '1850' to '2100' * Other relevant information: Weekend work during harvest season
