For this project, we are seeking professionals to fill **TELEOPERATOR** vacancies at established companies in the property management sector. Vacancy location: **Barcelona and metropolitan area.** **Responsibilities** Responsibilities may vary significantly across different clients: * Make calls to potential clients to schedule visits (property management firms and/or APIs). * Manage sales representatives’ schedules. * Create and maintain an up-to-date customer database. * Follow up on scheduled visits. * Meet the company’s established visit closure targets. REQUIREMENTS * Prior experience in the real estate sector is not mandatory but will be positively considered. * Education: Medium-level Vocational Training (FP) in Commerce and Marketing, or equivalent or higher qualification. * Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and Catalan, both spoken and written fluently. * Computer skills: Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). * SAP management software. * A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle will be considered an advantage. **We Offer** * Advanced-level Vocational Training (FP) in Administration and Commerce or Marketing will be valued. * Experience in scheduling commercial visits. * Experience in telemarketing and telephone sales. * Experience in sectors such as insurance, real estate agencies, banking, or services. * Languages: Native proficiency in Catalan and Spanish. * Office 365, Excel, email, and CRM. **We Offer** * The opportunity to join a young team at an established company in the energy sector. * Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 8:00–17:00; Friday, 8:00–14:00. * Intensive summer schedule. * Permanent contract. * Salary: €17,000–20,000 gross per year, depending on the selected candidate’s profile. * Location: 08005 Barcelona.
