Continuous training: we invest in and promote your talent, with special focus on improving your language skills. **What are the main responsibilities?** * Prepare cost and schedule estimates for assigned projects and actions. * Carry out or coordinate feasibility studies required for decision-making. * Search, select, and hire project drafting teams when necessary. * Manage required authorizations and permits for the actions, if needed. * Manage budgetary and scheduling control during project execution. * Conduct follow-up site visits during implementation. * Report periodically on the status of activities, especially regarding costs, schedules, and potential risks. * Diagnose construction-related issues and incidents in group facilities, identifying root causes and defining effective technical solutions. * Collaborate and support larger-scale projects through assistance and training. * Perform other duties within their area of competence as requested by their direct supervisor. **Requirements:** --------------- **You are ideal for this position if…** Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Industrial Engineering, Architecture, Technical Architecture, or Building Engineering. A certificate from the Project Management Institute is desirable. 3 years of demonstrable professional experience in this role or similar positions, with sufficient technical knowledge across various project areas (structural work, carpentry, finishes, installations), and proficiency in cost and schedule control. English, B2 level Advanced level: Construction cost control software, project scheduling software, AutoCAD, and office applications.
