Job Summary: Technical Architect for an architecture firm, providing technical support to the project drafting team from the outset. Key Responsibilities: 1. Technical support in construction systems and materials 2. Development of technical project documentation 3. Experience in preparing budgets and measurements An architecture firm in Esplugues de Llobregat is seeking a TECHNICAL ARCHITECT. A degree in Technical Architecture or equivalent is mandatory. Experience in preparing budgets and measurements is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required. Microsoft Project and Presto are desirable. Minimum recognized disability of 33% or higher. Permanent contract. Full-time schedule from 9:00 to 18:00 (1-hour lunch break). Annual gross salary: €27,000. Technical support to the project drafting team from the outset, advising on construction systems and materials, and developing technical project documentation such as economic valuations, safety studies, quality control programs, and waste management studies. * 6 months of experience.
