Our team consists of passionate professionals, and we’re looking for someone like you to join us. ##### **What are we looking for?** **We are seeking a Strategy and Development Consultant** Your mission will be to support the Strategy and Development Directorate in defining, deploying, and monitoring the corporate strategy, facilitating its translation into concrete, coordinated, and results-oriented initiatives. This position will monitor strategic group projects from the Project Office, contributing to their efficient, measurable, and value-generating execution aligned with organizational objectives. ##### **Key responsibilities:** 1\. STRATEGIC PROJECT MANAGEMENT Support the VMO in planning, coordinating, and monitoring strategic projects, facilitating the definition of objectives, milestones, responsible parties, KPIs, and action plans. Prepare necessary information for oversight bodies, identify deviations, and support coordination among involved departments. 2\. STRATEGIC PLANNING Collaborate in preparing and updating strategic plans, translating corporate priorities into objectives, initiatives, responsible parties, and milestones. 3\. BUSINESS ANALYSIS AND DIAGNOSTICS Collect, structure, and analyze internal and external information to identify business opportunities, risks, trends, and improvement levers. 4\. ANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENT OF CORPORATE PROCESSES Analyze and improve cross-functional processes, identifying simplification opportunities and defining monitoring mechanisms aligned with strategic priorities. 5\. MONITORING OF OBJECTIVES AND INDICATORS Consolidate and analyze strategic KPIs, verify their evolution, and prepare conclusions and actionable recommendations for decision-making bodies. 6\. PREPARATION OF EXECUTIVE REPORTS Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for committees and executive meetings, synthesizing complex information clearly, visually, and decision-oriented. 7\. BUSINESS CASES AND FINANCIAL ANALYSIS Develop business models and cases enabling evaluation of investments, scenarios, economic impacts, expected returns, and key sensitivities. 8\. MARKET AND COMPETITIVE INTELLIGENCE Analyze markets, customers, competitors, and relevant trends to anticipate changes and support identification of new growth opportunities. 9\. CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COORDINATION Facilitate collaboration among departments and teams involved in strategic initiatives, aligning deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and success criteria. 10\. IMPROVEMENT OF THE STRATEGIC GOVERNANCE MODEL Propose and standardize methodologies, tools, and monitoring routines to enhance the quality, traceability, and efficiency of strategic management. 11\. CHANGE SUPPORT AND ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT Participate in transformation and development initiatives, contributing to communication, adoption, and sustainability of organizationally defined changes. Analyze and improve cross-functional processes, identifying simplification opportunities and defining monitoring mechanisms aligned with strategic priorities. ##### **What do we value?** **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE) or equivalent, such as Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines. Postgraduate studies in strategy, finance, business management, or project management are highly valued. **Languages:** Fluent Spanish. Minimum B2 level in English; C1 level is desirable, with ability to prepare documentation, deliver presentations, and participate in professional meetings. **Required experience:** 2–4 years of experience in strategy or business consulting, auditing, or equivalent roles. Additional experience in corporate strategy, business development, transformation, or sectors such as fast-moving consumer goods, food, or industry is advantageous. **Technical knowledge:** Strategic planning and analysis; financial analysis and business case development; project management; definition and monitoring of KPIs; market research; advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
