Your mission will be: * Deliver personalized customer service aligned with the UGG spirit. * Advise confidently and knowledgeably on styling and trends. * Create authentic, memorable shopping experiences faithful to the brand’s DNA. * Participate in product management, restocking, and visual merchandising. * Care for every detail of the store as if it were your own. **What you need to know** * **Location:** UGG Store, Puerto Banús, Marbella * **Start date:** July 2026 * **Schedule:** 40 hours per week, rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday * **Vacation days:** 31 calendar days * **Salary:** According to collective agreement **Requirements** * Minimum 2 years of retail experience (fashion preferred) * Passion for fashion, trends, and customer interaction * Proactivity, professional attitude, and ability to work collaboratively * Strong presence and affinity with the AllSaints style * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable (international environment) **What we offer** * The opportunity to join an internationally recognized brand with a strong identity * A positive work environment in a dynamic setting * Ongoing training in product, brand, and customer experience Work location: On-site employment
