This is a dynamic position focused on brand representation within a retail point of sale, such as a tobacconist shop. The main responsibility is to acquire new customers through direct interaction—both with the store manager and with adult consumers. It is a role requiring constant presence and the ability to adapt to the environment, aiming to promote product alternatives and foster user loyalty. Responsibilities include aligning with the company's commercial strategy, ensuring that every action at the point of sale complies with brand standards and delivers a consistent, high-quality experience. The candidate is expected not only to achieve individual goals but also to contribute to the overall success of the product portfolio by identifying growth opportunities and applying a close, consultative approach in every customer interaction. This role is critical for the indirect sales channel, acting as a liaison between the company and the retail distribution network. Success is measured by the ability to acquire new consumers, retain existing ones, and ultimately drive commercial results through careful execution and effective on-the-ground communication. Previous experience in sales or customer service is required, along with demonstrated communication and active listening skills. A minimum educational qualification of vocational training (medium-level) or high school diploma is mandatory, as is a C1 level of Spanish proficiency and legal work authorization within the European Union. Knowledge of English and proficiency with basic Microsoft Office tools will be considered an advantage.
