* High-impact project in the fashion \- luxury sector.
* Fixed-Term Intermittent Contract: 6 months (start as soon as possible until March 2026\)
* Flexible working hours from 8\-9 a.m. to 5\-6:30 p.m., with reduced hours on Fridays.
* On-site work in Getafe.
**Your Mission**
As **Quality Leader – Laboratory**, you will be responsible for ensuring laboratory excellence through team leadership, technical validation of materials and products, definition of quality standards, and incident management. You will ensure the reliability of test results, develop methodologies, drive continuous process improvement, and provide technical support to Development, Industrialization, and Production teams to facilitate decision-making and delivery of products compliant with quality requirements.
**The Challenges You Will Face:**
* Key quality contact point for bags and accessories, ensuring standard uniformity across all related functions.
* Manage and resolve quality incidents end-to-end, ensuring timely containment, corrective actions, and validation of effectiveness.
* Create, update, and manage departmental documentation, ensuring consistency, traceability, and compliance with internal and external requirements.
* Define and implement quality standards, driving their adoption across all teams. Lead cross-departmental actions during quality crises affecting multiple departments.
* Manage the physical testing laboratory for raw materials and finished products, including supervision of technicians, test planning, and result validation.
* Communicate industrial constraints and quality-oriented decisions to Merchandising and Design teams, including proposals for product exceptions or cancellations when established standards are not met.
* Availability for national travel and, exceptionally, travel across Europe for visits to headquarters and/or suppliers.
**What Will Make You Succeed in This Role:**
* Engineering degree or laboratory / materials experience, such as Senior Quality Technician in the sector.
* More than 3\-5 years in similar roles, in quality or a related sector.
* Prior experience in leather goods manufacturing or luxury products (Highly desirable).
* Knowledge of production quality control, process and product audits, and quality tools (8D, Ishikawa, AMFE/FMEA).
* Advanced Excel skills. ERP system experience (e.g., JDE, PLM, or others) is a plus.
* Minimum B2 level English; B1 level French is a plus.
