**Job Posting Title** Process Engineer \- Plant Engineer Product \& Process**Job Description Summary** We are seeking a Process Engineer whose primary mission will be to design, integrate, and improve manufacturing processes and systems under the guidance of senior professionals, as well as participate in the development of new methods, support the implementation of production systems, and contribute to PPAP and FTF measurements to ensure efficiency, quality, and competitiveness**Job Description:** **Key Responsibilities** * Support the design and improvement of manufacturing processes, methods, and equipment. * Collaborate on the development of engineering solutions and feasibility testing. * Contribute to the creation of engineering standards and specifications. * Conduct technical inspections under senior supervision. * Analyze data and support technical decision-making. * Identify process improvements and participate in change initiatives. * Collaborate on project management activities. * Maintain effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers. * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations. **Required Skills and Education** **What We Are Looking For** * University degree or master’s degree in engineering. * **3 to 6 years of experience** in industrial processes, plant engineering, or related fields. * Ability to analyze data, design processes, and propose improvements. * Skills to work autonomously while collaborating with senior professionals. * Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities. * Interest in advanced technologies and continuous improvement. **About Dauch:** Dauch Corporation is a premier Driveline and Metal Forming supplier serving the global automotive industry with a powertrain\-agnostic product portfolio that supports electric, hybrid, and internal combustion vehicles.
