This has enabled us to obtain the **Top Employer 2026** certification, renewing this distinction for the **third consecutive year**. **\#WeAreBalearia \#TopEmployer** We are opening a permanent position as **Operations Agent** at our workplace in **Barcelona**, and we want you to be part of our team! ### **What will your day-to-day responsibilities be?** Your main duties will include: * Monitoring cargo hold capacities on each vessel and vehicle registration details for boarding, ensuring proper access control, and reporting any deviations from the established schedule to the office. * Managing vehicle boarding and disembarkation operations at the staging area and pier, following established protocols and assisting mobility for those requiring support. * Reviewing vehicle reservations to verify that data has been correctly entered into the system. * Monitoring traffic flow in pre-boarding and boarding staging areas to facilitate smooth movement of trucks, passenger cars, and foot passengers, while ensuring safety for staff and customers. * Checking boarding cards to confirm reservation accuracy and scanning them using various devices. * Performing auxiliary administrative and operational tasks related to the activity. ### **What do we offer you?** At Baleària, we value and care for our team.
